If you have an appointment at our office during this time we ask:

1. Please call and reschedule if you exhibit any symptoms of COVID-19 including fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of sense of smell and/or taste, or any other flu-like symptoms
2. Please come alone if possible, limit of one additional person if necessary
3. We will check your temperature upon arrival
4. Use hand sanitizer before coming to the back office

Please let us know of any recent travel outside of Michigan.
