Happy Thanksgiving! We are so thankful for our patients and grateful for the opportunity to participate in your care! We will be closed Thursday the 25th and Friday the 26th for the holiday. Gobble gobble!
Office Closed

Masks are still required
A friendly reminder that regardless of vaccine status or federal/state/local mandates, our office requires a mask for anyone age 3 or over to enter our building. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
CLOSED DUE TO POWER OUTAGE

5/17/21: Masks Are Required
While there have been big changes with the CDC and state guidelines regarding wearing masks, our mask policy remains in effect for everyone, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are required at our office and must be worn at all times. Thank you for your cooperation!
