EMR Software Upgrade!

MAY 2024 – We are excited to share that currently transitioning to a NEW software system to better serve our patients! We begin this transition May 20 through mid-June. We appreciate your understanding and patience while we work through the kinks out!

5/17/21: Masks Are Required

While there have been big changes with the CDC and state guidelines regarding wearing masks, our mask policy remains in effect for everyone, regardless of vaccination status.
Masks are required at our office and must be worn at all times. Thank you for your cooperation!
