Telemedicine is a virtual office visit that allows you to speak face to face with your physician about illnesses, new questions or concerns, test results and medication refills on a smartphone or tablet at a scheduled time/date. You can access our secure, HIPAA compliant app AnywhereCare on any Apple or Android product. If you do not have a smart phone or tablet, that’s okay – we can set up a traditional phone call instead.
How it Works
When its time for your virtual visit, you will receive a text message letting you know the doctor is ready. Please click on that link to connect and start your visit. If it’s your first time, you will be prompted to install the AnywhereCare app on your smartphone or tablet – follow the simple on screen instructions to get set up. We recommended that you download and install the AnywhereCare app ahead of time to make the process even easier! You can do that by searching your App Store for AnywhereCare or by using the links below. Please note, you can not access this app on a desktop or laptop at this time.
