Office Wellness Policy

As we continue to adapt to changes concerning COVID-19 and other contagious illnesses, we currently are NOT requiring masks. It is our highest priority to ensure the health and safety of our patients and staff. We also ask that:

• if you are not feeling well (new onset of symptoms),
• if you have been exposed to/tested positive for COVID-19, FLU, RSV, or other illness within the last 3 weeks, or
• if you have pending COVID-19 or FLU test results,
